After 30 days of delivery, eligible items may be returned for a complete refund or exchanged. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged in order to be eligible for a return.

Choose the appropriate order that includes the goods you want to return, then adhere to the guidelines given. Once your request for a return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the items back to us.
After the returned items are received, refunds will be processed in a timeframe of 7 to 10 business days. A refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction. Please be aware that shipping charges are not refundable unless we make a mistake.
